These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Shipping Information

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Currently, we ship within the United States. Does not ship to other countries now.

Shipping Methods:

We ship our units on trailers and flatbeds with a truck.

Shipping Time:

Handling time: 1-3 days (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 4-9 days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping costs are free for all orders

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. In case you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, please contact us at [email protected].

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at [email protected].

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique 10 digit number assigned to every transaction, which can be used by Buyers to check their transaction status in real time, see shipping progress, payment status and much more. To track your order visit https://velostorestruct.com/check-transaction enter your 10 digit transaction number and it will display you shipping progress.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available, please try again later.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Stock Availability

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund
