What items are returnable?

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your shipment with no questions asked. All item(s) are covered by our one year warranty if an item becomes defective within 365 days of the date received.

All items must be in the original condition if the return is not due to our error.

Ship the return/exchange to the address provided in the email.

If these are not followed correctly your return/exchange will be rejected.

Are there any charges for return?

There are no charges for returns.You will receive an account to ship on once your return is approved.

How do I make return?

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be handled by us alone.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 business days. If you haven’t received a refund after it has been issued, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
